This spacious, light and sunny first floor apartment is situated in Juan Les Pins adjacent to Antibes and close to Cannes and Nice. The apartment comprises the whole of the first floor with a large southfacing terrace running the length of the property with sea views*.

There is a five minute walk to the beach and local shops. The area is central for mountains, beaches golf, tennis, local markets, galleries museums shopping, nightclubs, bars and restaurants.
This is an all year round destination. The weather is warm enough to sit outside in January and February.
