A spacious, light and sunny first floor apartment in a detached villa in its own grounds on a private gated estate with secure parking. It is located in Juan Les Pins adjacent to Antibes and close to Cannes and Nice. The apartment comprises the whole of the first floor with a large south facing terrace running the length of the property with sea views.

The apartment sleeps 4 to 6 + cot.

It is a five minute walk to the local shops and a 10 minute walk to the sandy beaches. A 10 minute drive to Cannes and 20 minutes to Nice airport. The area is central for mountains, beaches, water sports, golf, tennis, local markets, galleries museums shopping, nightclubs, bars and restaurants

This is an all year round destination and usually has 300 days of sunshine each year, so it is warm enough to sit outside in January and February. The blue skies and bright light are uplifting during the winter months.
